  3. is or could reasonably be considered to be obscene, inappropriate, defamatory, disparaging, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, in contempt of court or breach of court order, or constituting spam;
  4. that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person

If you believe content on your profile is in breach of this clause you can submit a Content Removal Request.

For example, if you are claiming that content submitted by another user is untrue, you may wish to attach email evidence to verify your claim. Or if you are claiming there has been a copyright infringement, you should submit suitable documentation to substantiate your claim where possible.

 

Once we have received your request and once you have submitted any additional information as requested, we may, at our sole discretion, take any of the following actions:

 

  1. Take no action.
  2. Remove the content as requested
  3. Remove parts of the content or edit the content.
  4. Request the person or organisation that submitted the content to edit or remove the content.
