You can also manually request reviews within Sourcr.
To do this you need to create a new placement, including client and candidate email for the review invites to be sent. All placement data is used to verify the reviews to avoid fakes.
From the REVIEW or PLACEMENT tab, click 
Complete the form Note placement data whilst used for verification also forms and important part of your profile as placement history is visible to clients and candidates to help prove your value in given markets. We’ve created this in a way that protects your data but promotes your sales ability.
Once completed review requests will be sent to the client and candidate.
